Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Within a year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her degree from college. In October 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she finished third. In June of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. It is common to warm up prior to the workout. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
